Salon Policies

            No show & Late & Cancellation
Due to Popularity & Demands for Hidden Harbor Salon Services. We would appreciate your understanding & cooperation. When you forget to cancel, no show or late to your appointments with out any notice. We not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but the opportunity for others guest on the waiting list to receive Services, and to keep a steady work flow be ready for each guest on time of their services.  We know is easy to forget about appointment booked months in advance, so we will send a via text or email conformation reminding you 48 hours in advance. However,  please understand its your responsibility to remember your appointment times to avoid missed appointments & no show fees, late fee's. 

Late policy: If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, it may result in incomplete services, which you will still be required to pay the full service booked service price or could result in to needing to reschedule the appointment altogether.

Cancelations: All pre-booked appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Clients are allowed to change their appointment one time with no added service fee. However, any changes made after the initial rescheduled appointment your will be required to place a 10% non refundable deposit, each time the appointment is rescheduled. Clients who cancel after the 48 hour window and do not reschedule will be charged a 25% services fee, unless it was a same day booked appointment.

No show: No - show will be charged a 50% nonrefundable service fee, and will no longer be allowed to book services at Hidden Harbor salon. If a clients gives a Courtesy call to cancel, they will be charged a 35% nonrefundable services fee, and can rebook for a future appointment

         Refund policy 
 It's our employees delight them selves on proving you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on salon services. However should you have any questions or concerns about services you received in the salon, please notify the salon with in two days of services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that we can visually inspect, At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the service provider who preformed the initial services, adjustment are made available to you at no cost.

 Products at Hidden harbor salon can be refunded back to the Salon with in1 week of purchase date, as long at they are unopened, or altered. Products that are open and are past 2 week of purchase date will only be refunded by 50 % of sale price as long as 90% of the product remaining. Please have your receipt Via email, text, paper in hand when making a refund.

Final sale products not of refund: Brushes, clips, combs, hair ties, hair wraps, earnings, 2 in styler round brush blowdryer. 





 
         Giftcard's 
 Gift cards are non refundable and must be presented at Hidden Harbor Salon at the time of service. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards are not refundable, replaceable nor valid. Gift cards can be purchased at Location, or online under services, gift cards.

 
         Guest Limit  
Please keep in mind when at your appointment to keep guest at a mini of 1-2, as our salon is small and has limited seating.  

 
         Sick/Unwell 
We try at the Hidden Harbor Salon to keep our place clean and sanitary to keep out team and guest free of germs. If you have a cough, cold fever or feel unwell please call to cancel or to rebook your services when you are feeling well.
