We have some exciting updates to share with you! Beginning October 1, 2025, we’ll be making a few important changes to help improve your salon experience and support the growth of our team.

✨ New Booking System
We’ll be moving from Square to GlossGenius. With this change:

All appointments booked after October 1st will automatically transfer to the new system.

Online booking will still be available, but will just look slightly different.

You’ll continue receiving appointment reminders.

You’ll be able to update or change bookings through your personal booking link

You will be automatically enrolled to receive text messages and email marketing from hidden harbors salon
✨ Updated Salon Policies
Salon policies will vary depending on your service provider. Some providers may require clients to have a card on file or may request deposit for some services, these policies are in place to help protect your provider time, as we don’t get paid hourly. Providers get paid by how many clients book with us, and you don’t show up to your appointment. We don't get to make money for those hours you have booked for. We as provider respect you as clients, so we kindly ask you to respect us.
✨ Loyalty Program Refresh - HHS punch cards
We’re going back to the basics with loyalty punch cards! Our digital program will be discontinued, but all of your current points will transfer to the new system. You’ll receive your punch card at your first appointment after October 1st,

Katelyn will be converting your current HHS Square loyalty points into the new punch card system, Your points will not be lost—they’ll simply be transferred into the punch card system. Katelyn will be running a report on 9/30, which will have the most accurate points
. Here’s how it will work:

If you have 0–100 points, you will receive 1 punch on your new card

If you have 100 -200 points you will get 2 punches on your new card

If you have 200-300 points you will receive 3 punches on your new card

If you have 400-500 points you will review 5 punches
-
If you have 600 and over you will get 6-8 punches
How Lauren the aesthetician will be hanging her conversion to loyal rewards is unknown at this time.

✨ Salon hours/ provider hours
​
As we make these changes to our salon, please note that we will no longer have set salon hours. Our hours of operation will be based on each individual provider’s schedule. The best way to book an appointment is to reach out directly to your provider.
We will still have our salon landline available—you may leave a message, and the next provider in the salon will return your call as soon as possible.

Katelyn hours will be changing starting November 1st, those hours will be released at the end of October, Any clients who have appointments book outside her new hours will still be honored.

💬 Why these changes?
As many of you know, Katelyn took over Hidden Harbor with little business experience. Over the past three years, she’s learned a lot about what works—and what doesn’t. These changes are being made to better serve our clients, simplify operations, and open the salon space to welcome other independent contractors, to help them build their own business.
We are so grateful for your continued support and can’t wait to share this new chapter with you. Thank you for being such an important part of the Hidden Harbor family.
